THE GUESTS AND STAFF’S TRASFER FROM THE STATION
At the arrival to the Lourdes Station the Salus Infirmorum’s guests are accompanied with the Hospitality’s Pullman.
A volunteer’s team helps the people in need and provides the indication appropriate to the pilgrilms so they can get on the Pullman who goes where is written their hotel destination.
The staff that get immediately service to the Salus, after place their suitcases in the Pullman who goes in the hotel their assigned, they will get on the Pullman called “SALUS”.
THE GUEST AND STAFF’S TRANSFER FROM THE AIRPORT
The Salus Infirmorum guests, that come in Lourdes by air, are transferred from the airport to the Salus by a bus reserved only for their.
Everybody, indistinctly, before go out from airport, they have to know their suitcase and verify its integrality. In fact, in case of loss or damage it must fill out a complaint at the office, before leaving the airport. For the staff’s transfer there are the same indications of who arrives by train.
STRETCHER BEARERS’ SERVICE AT THE ARRIVAL
The guests arrive at the seventh floor of the Salus, in the transit zone expected for arrivals and departures, generally called “Transit”.
To welcome them there will be a team of stretcher bearers, who they have already taken contact with the Salus operators for the service’s instruction and who they will accompany the guests at the destination’s floor with their suitcases.
THE SISTERS’ SERVICE
The floor’s responsible will organize the guests’ welcome with the others sisters, she will take vision of the rooms and she will organize the welcome and the distribution of assigned places.
The floor’s responsible have to verify the presence of the people who must follow particular alimentary diet and give these information at the dining room’s responsible.
